Transcriptomic Services & Takara Bio ICELL8 Platform Access Center
The Seumois Lab is offering pay-for-service support for transcriptomic research projects, guiding collaborators from experimental design to data analysis. Leveraging a range of cutting-edge platforms including 10x Genomics, PIP-seq (Illumina), and especially Takara Bio ICELL8, we help researchers generate robust, high-resolution insights tailored to their biological questions.
Takara Bio ICELL8 Platform Access Center: We are proud to be one of the few research sites hosting the Takara Bio ICELL8 single-cell system, an automated, high-throughput nanowell platform optimized for rare and precious samples. The ICELL8 enables precise cell selection, minimizing doublets and debris, and is ideal for experiments where sample quality or heterogeneity is a limiting factor. Our staff are fully trained and available to support ICELL8-based projects end-to-end, from sample prep to single-cell capture, library generation, and transcriptomic profiling.
