NIH Funds SDBRI Group to Develop a Vaccine Against HIV Infection

Dr. Binley’s research group received NIH funding to build on earlier progress to develop a vaccine that is globally protective against HIV infection. His approach is to develop a safe and effective “Jennerian” particle vaccine platform to elicit neutralizing antibodies against HIV-1.
