Impact of glycan depletion, glycan debranching and increased glycan charge on HIV-1 neutralization sensitivity and immunogenicity

The Binley Lab is delighted to share their latest paper investigating how glycans affect antibody-mediated neutralization of HIV-1.

Dr. Binley notes that in this manuscript, they primarily “look at some ways to modify glycans at a granular level.

This work is a part of our long term goal to develop a neutralizing antibody vaccine for HIV-1.”
